Our Baggage Policy
Baggage Allowances
Baggage specifics will be advised at time of quotation. As with cars, private aircraft come in different shapes and sizes and our team will advise you on the right aircraft for your requirements.

We often limit the number of passengers on a private flight to ensure that we have sufficient room for luggage, this is of particular importance on our Cruise Connection flights.

As a general rule, our Baggage Policy is as follows:
Cabin Baggage
Each passenger is permitted a small item of hand baggage on board that must fit and be kept on your lap for take off and landing.
As your aircraft is private, this means there are no overhead cabins or under-seat storage areas, so all other luggage will be checked into the baggage storage compartment.
Hold Baggage
Hold Baggage is entirely dependent upon the number of passengers on board but as a general rule, each passenger may travel with 1 suitcase not exceeding a max size of 29" x 20.5" x 12.5" (74cm x 52cm x 31cm). Individual suitcases should not weigh more than 30kgs.

For certain safari and Lodge Connection flights soft bags are a requirement.
